The restaurant "Il Bearnese" has found its perfect setting under the ancient vaults of the ground floor, which date back to 1481 and witnessed the first building phase of Palazzo Strassoldo. 

Here menus enhancing the traditional flavours of this land are accompanied by the best labels of the renowned Collio wines, chosen from the well-stocked Winery "Il Vinattiere di Chambord" (The Vintner of Chambord).

The history of vine cultivation and wine production is lost in the mists of time and established in the slow passage of millennia along the path of human civilisation. Wine, an inimitable gift of nature as well as a fascinating reason for unity and conversation among friends, is an unsurpassed complement to gastronomy. Tasting it, on the other hand, means being able to grasp the flavour, feel the taste, perceive the aromas, the colours, understand the personality, evoke the thoughts, the love of those who, through their passion, have contributed to creating it.
